WebVista support will not give or change access for anyone unless requested by a current site designer or by the class instructor. If you need to access a site and you are a TA, colleague, or staff member, please ask the course instructor or a designer of the site to submit this form. You can give students and TAs access for most University users if you have designer or TA access see Granting Student Access to a Site.
Note: This form is e-mailed to several people. You need to include your University Internet ID (the first part of your e-mail address, before the "@"), but we do not ask for your password. You should not supply your password or any other secure information.
