Instructors and course site designers often encounter problems when trying to add content to their course sites. Solutions to the most common are provided below.

- If image file is missing, upload image file in File Manager.

- Click on link, select Edit, fix the HTML.
- Go to the File Manager (Course Toolbar). Find the HTML file and under options, click the Edit (pencil icon). Fix the HTML code.

- Go to the File Manager (Course Toolbar). Locate the file with the bad HTML. Use the “Upload File” button to upload a corrected version.
- Go to the File Manager (Course Toolbar). Find the HTML file and under options, click the Edit (pencil icon). Fix the HTML code.

- Remove the bad link.
- Recreate the link and if the file is not in WebVista, upload it while creating the link.

- Click on the link, select Edit, change the URL.

Content not visible to student(s), selective release problem. |
Build tab or Teach tab |
- Go to Selective Release Map, click the Members sub tab. See if the content is released to the student.
- Click the Organizer Pages sub tab. Set availability to yes. If necessary click Set Release Criteria under Actions. Change the criteria to release content to student(s)
